How does self-service work?
When you book a bay at Alton Aces, you will:
Receive a booking confirmation with a QR code, giving you access to the gym area at Energique - you’ll use this QR code to get to the studio.
Receive an email and text 1 hour before your booking with a 4-digit access code - you’ll use this for the door of the squash court at Energique.
Once inside, follow the instructions inside to turn on the computer and load Trackman onto the screen.

How to find us
Energique Fitness and Wellness Centre, Anstey Road, Alton, GU34 2NB
You’ll find us in one of the squash courts in Energique Fitness and Wellness Centre.
Park in the free car park and walk through the door marked ‘Entrance’.
Walk through Manny’s Cafe (great coffee and cake!), down the steps and towards the turnstile. When you book, you’ll receive an email with a QR code to get you through the turnstile.
Go right at the turnstile, through the double doors, past the changing rooms and towards the squash courts. We’re in the first squash court on the left-hand side (the Aces signs will help too!) and you’ll need a 4-digit code to gain entry.
Once you’re inside, everything will be turned on - you’ll just need to wiggle the mouse to get set up.
