Avoda fitted golf clubs

At Aces Indoor Golf, fitting isn’t an add-on — it’s the foundation of how we help golfers play better.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Avoda Golf.

Avoda Golf is known for its unique approach to set make-up and shaft profiling, offering a wide range of bend profiles and weight options designed to optimise launch, spin, and feel — not just swing speed.

Instead of forcing players into generic flex categories, Avoda’s system allows fitters to dial in how a shaft loads and releases for each individual swing.

The result? Tighter dispersion, more efficient ball flight, and improved consistency across the bag.

Avoda’s single-length and combo-length irons

Single-length irons — consistency through repetition

One of Avoda Golf’s most talked-about innovations is its single-length iron concept.

Rather than traditional irons that gradually shorten from long irons through wedges, every iron in a single-length set is built to the same length (commonly matching a 7-iron).

The goal is simple:

  • One setup. One posture. One swing.

  • Every iron feels the same from address.

This consistency helps golfers eliminate unnecessary variables. With a uniform setup and motion throughout the bag, players often see better tempo, confidence, and repeatability, which can translate into more consistent ball-striking and scoring performance.

Less cognitive load = more reliable swings.

Avoda has refined this idea with performance-oriented shaft and head combinations to ensure that distance gaps, launch angles, and spin rates still fit modern scoring-iron expectations — but without the frustration of changing posture and feel between clubs.

Combo-length sets — best of both worlds

While single-length irons help many players, it’s not a one-size-fits-all solution.

That’s why Avoda also offers combo-length options, blending the benefits of both traditional and single-length concepts.

In a combo-length set:

  • Scoring irons (usually 8-iron to Lob wedge) are built to a single-length for repeatability in shots that demand precision

  • Longer irons (4-iron to 7-iron) may be slightly longer, allowing players to maintain proper distance gapping and trajectory control where it matters most

This hybrid approach gives golfers:

  • Stability and simplicity in the scoring zone

  • Optimised flight and distance control in the longer irons

  • Better yardage separation and approach - shot consistency overall
